We’ll Be Your Exclusive Legal Provider 

We're proud to be your one-stop shop for all legal contracts. That means we'll be the exclusive legal provider of contract templates that you can market and sell to your audience. 

Offer Clients a Sweet Discount 

We've built a 25% discount on our contract templates for your audience to sweeten the deal. This helps you provide even more value and build trust with the wedding pros you work with.

Protecting Intellectual Property 

We take pride in our top-notch contract templates and want to ensure their proper use. That's why we'll retain all intellectual property rights—you can promote them, but you can't modify or create derivatives without our permission.

Keeping Things Confidential 

During our partnership, you may encounter proprietary business information about our business, such as pricing and marketing strategies. We expect you to keep all that intel under lock and key.

Dispute Resolution through Arbitration 

In the unlikely event of any disputes or disagreements arising from this agreement, we agree to resolve them through binding arbitration. This will help us find a fair and amicable solution without the need for lengthy court battles.

Limitation of Liability 

The total liability of the Business Reserve to the Affiliate under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions earned by the Affiliate. Neither party shall be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to this Agreement.

The Entire Agreement 

This agreement represents the entire understanding between us. No other prior or contemporaneous agreements, either written or oral, modify or impact the terms and conditions outlined here.
